Tenancy Management

There are many exciting positions available to qualified tenancy managers, allowing for a varied job profile in an interesting market.

A tenancy manager will be able to ensure that any tenant/landlord paperwork has been completed in full and the information contained therein is accurate. They will also traditionally oversee the release of tenant deposits, the transfer of inventory reports and the confirmation of any claim to the landlord. They must be able to respond in a timely fashion to tenant enquiries under the lease, and offer advice to both parties. Tenancy managers are expected to ensure the property is ready for the incoming tenant in accordance with the lease, too.

If you are looking for a job in this exciting market, Property Personnel is your best bet for finding a position suitable for your background and skills.
