Our client is an independent estate and letting agency covering the Barbican, the City and Farringdon. They now have an established presence in these areas, a large client base and are looking to rapidly grow the agency and the brand.
This is a genuinely exciting and rare opportunity to play a significant role in the growth and development of a central London estate and letting agency, working directly with the agency owner. The role is based in within their City office, close to Moorgate station and the Barbican Estate, but a substantial part of the role will be fulfilled out of the office undertaking viewings and marketing activities.
First class training, guidance and mentoring in all aspects of sales, lettings and business development will be provided by the business owner. This will be a role where you will take as much out of it in terms of experience, earnings and career progression as you choose to put into the growth of the agency.
Is this you?
- At least one year’s experience as a sales or lettings negotiator with residential estate agency or a recent graduate looking for an exciting graduate position and career
- Organised, the ability to prioritise tasks and good diary management
- Desire to learn and provide excellent client service
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good computer skills being very familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
The salary package for this role will include a basic plus on target earnings in the region of £25,000 to £35,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm and some Saturday work will be required.
A driving licence is not required for this position!
