Our client is a family-run independent estate agency based in Surrey Quays and is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join the team! To be considered for this role you should have target driven sales experience/customer facing experience, exceptional customer service skills and a passion for property. Our client offers fantastic progression opportunities and ensure that all their staff are fully trained via NAEA and ARLA.
- Some property experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in dealing with people
- Take pride in your work
- Deliver consistently high standards under pressure
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary on offer will include a basic and on targets earnings figure in the region of £23,000 to £28,000 in your first year. A company car (Audi A3) or car allowance will be provided. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays. Holiday will increase by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 10 extra days per annum.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. You will be given 2 days back in lieu per month.
