Job Description

This highly regarded independent estate agency with an enviable market share in the Wimbledon area is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their high flying team.

  • Accompanying these applicants on viewings
  • Gaining feedback following viewings and liaising with both landlords and tenants
  • Negotiating terms between the Landlord & Tenant
  • Liaising with Inventory Clerks, Relocation Agents and Contractors.

Our client is looking to recruit an efficient, proactive and conscientious individual and in return for your hard work and achievements you will have fantastic earning potential, with a basic salary of c. £17,000 and realistic on target earnings of £38,000 to £42,000 as you will be paid pooled commission. This exciting opportunity also comes with a company car (mini) or a car allowance. The company expect their staff to work Saturdays on a rota basis, but if you do work a Saturday you will get a day off in lieu so you will only ever work a 5 day week.
