You do not need previous experience within the property industry as the company are willing to train and develop an individual looking to start their career and who is focused on being a successful lettings agent. To be considered you should have a sales or customer facing background and possess first class customer service skills.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Registering applicants
  • Booking and carrying out viewings
  • Booking valuations
  • Negotiating tenancy terms
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on your own
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Computer literate
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car.

The salary package for this role will include a basic plus on target earnings in the region of £25,000 in your first year! You will also be provided with a car allowance. Benefits include a full training programme to ARLA Level 3.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. There is a requirement to work every Saturday with a mid-week day off every other week.
