An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to work for this market leading estate agency in Surbiton, Surrey. They currently have an enviable market share in the area with a good volume of properties coming to the market so the successful candidate will have ample opportunity to convert these instructions into sales.

Based in their Surbiton office, the company is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join their successful sales team.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a similar role however, they will consider an individual with no experience in property but you must have worked in a customer focused or sales background. Furthermore, you must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

The role will involve:

  • Registering prospective purchasers
  • Arranging and accompanying viewings
  • Sales negotiation & progression

In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent face to face customer service skills
  • Confident manner

  • Previous sales experience and a sales focused mentality
  • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • IT literate

  • Must have a full UK driving licence

The basic salary package for this role will be in between £14,000 to £17,000 dependent on experience with a commission scheme enabling the successful candidate to earn £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on your performance. The company will also provide a car allowance.

The hours of work will be between Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm. You will also be required to work some Saturdays.
