This leading independent South London estate agency with a network of offices locally is looking to recruit for a Sales Negotiator to be a part of the team in their busy and vibrant office based in Clapham initially. The successful candidate will then be required to work across all the other local offices.
This company prides themselves on the majority of their business coming from word of mouth and recommendations, therefore the successful candidate will need to continue to provide an exceptional and friendly service to clients.
To be considered for this role, you do not need previous experience within the industry as the company will consider individuals with a sales or customer focused background also. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and focused within the industry.
The role will involve:
- Registering prospective purchasers
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Sales negotiation & progression
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent face to face customer service skills
- The motivation to succeed
- Previous sales experience and a sales focused mentality
- Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Confident and professional approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Must demonstrate an outgoing and mature personality
- Must have a full UK driving licence.
The initial package for this role will include a basic salary of £15,000 to £20,000 dependent on your level of experience. An attractive commission structure is also in place for the successful candidate to earn in between £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on your performance. The company will also provide a car.
The hours of work will be from 8.45am to 7pm, Monday to Thursday and Fridays 8.45am to 6pm and you will also be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
