This leading independent estate agency with a small network of offices in South West London, offer a full range of lettings, sales, property management and financial services. They are highly experienced property professionals with a strong focus on customer service and are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their busy and highly successful office in Putney.
To be considered for this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a professional and outgoing personality. Previous experience within a sales or customer focused role would be beneficial. This is an excellent career opportunity, especially for an ambitious individual looking to start a career in sales within property.
The objective of the role will be to represent the company at all times in a highly professional manner, and to ensure that all landlords, tenants, suppliers and partners are dealt with in a professional, timely, honest and well-mannered fashion.
The role will involve:
- Registering prospective purchasers
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Sales negotiation & progression
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent face to face customer service skills
- The motivation to succeed
- Previous sales or customer experience
- Sales focused mentality
- Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Smart and presentable
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Driven and ambitious
- Full UK clean driving license with own car
This position comes with a basic salary of £14,000 to £15,000 with on target earnings in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 but can be exceeded dependent on your performance. A car allowance will also be provided to the successful candidate.
The hours of work will be from 9am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday and you will also be required to work some Saturdays.
