This successful estate agency with a prominent location in the centre of Maidenhead, Berkshire is currently looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. Whilst any previous lettings experience would be beneficial, our client is happy to consider someone with no background in the industry.
To be considered as a trainee, you will have had to have some previous sales or customer service experience and a professional and confident attitude.
This is a busy office, so you will need to able to work under pressure, be well organised and have good administration skills. The company have a network of offices locally so there will be further opportunities to progress your career. Full support and training will be provided.
Your tasks will include:
- Registering prospective tenants
- Arranging and accompanying them on viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Feed back to landlords
- Negotiation between tenants and landlords
- Lease agreements
- General administration and office work
- Presentable and smart
- Excellent communication and written skills
- IT literate
- Must have a UK driving license
- Self motivated and a drive to succeed
- Excellent customer service skills
They will be offering a basic salary of £12,000-£15,000, with a commission package enabling on target earnings of £20,000-£25,000. If you exceed your targets and their expectations you will have the potential to earn in excess of this amount so the role will suit a driven and ambitious individual hungry for success and financial reward. The hours of work will be from 8.15am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday and you may also be required to work weekends.
