This company are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help them Account Manage their growing number of introducer’s. Our client is a small and friendly company who provide a conveyancing service to estate agents and mortgage brokers throughout the UK. They are looking for a new team member to learn and develop in their office based in Woking, Surrey.
The summary of this role will be an office based telephone account manager who will be responsible to generate and increase Conveyancing instruction numbers from mortgage brokers by managing activity in all areas, with a particular focus on creating new users and maintaining and increasing business from existing users.
• Explaining the benefits of our service to new introducer’s
• Reminding existing introducer’s of our proposition
• Prospecting to generate new introducer’s
• Building relationships with new introducer’s by form of regular contact in order to generate new instructions
• Maintaining existing relationships and contact with our regular users to maximise repeat business
• Dealing with queries/ problems
• Maintaining records of all activity on our internal database
The successful candidate will possess the following:

The salary for this role will be in the region of £18,000 with on target earnings in the region of £25,000 with an uncapped commission structure. The hours of work will be from Monday to Friday, 9:15am to 17:15pm and no weekends.
