This organisation is a leading estate agency brand with an enviable reputation. They are currently seeking a Tenancy Progression Co-ordinator to work within their highly successful Lettings & Management Department in Richmond, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to work within one of the industry’s top companies.

The purpose of this role is to complete the pre tenancy documentation required by the company and to liaise with front office and Property Managers to provide a seamless service for the Landlord and Tenant from offer to completed paperwork.

Key activities:

  • Aim to answer the telephone within three rings
  • Liaise with clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Aim to respond to incoming emails within 2 hours when in office and ensure “out of office” is on as necessary
  • Produce accurate tenancy documentation to deadlines
  • Search land registry records and ensure id checks are in place for landlords
  • Process reference applications for tenants and ensure id checks are in place
  • Ensure all documentation is in place for tenancy commencement
  • Comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Policies and all current legislation that effects the business
  • Maximise all cross selling opportunities within the organisation

  • Excellent organisational and prioritising ability
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident in liaising both internally and externally
  • Good attention to detail
  • Initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Maintains a professional manner at all times
  • Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic to do a high quality job at all times
  • Car owner

Qualifications and technical abilities:

  • Preferably ARLA licensed
  • Excellent IT skills – MS Office, databases, Outlook
  • Good typing speed

This is a Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm role. The basic salary will be c. £27,500, and there will also be bonuses paid enabling the successful candidate to earn over and above the basic.
