A superb career opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a team of Property Managers in their management department in central London. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Property Managers, administrators and other team members and your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team, ensuring that the staff are completing tasks in an efficient, professional, accurate and profitable manner, in line with company procedures and guidelines
  • Recruiting and training any new staff
  • Expanding the portfolio as and when possible
  • Ensuring all company procedures are adhered to
  • Completing spreadsheets and office monitoring systems
  • Compiling monthly statistics and data
  • Ensuring the accuracy and use of standard letters by staff
  • Dealing with any complaints as the first point of referral
  • Seeking to appoint new approved contractors when necessary
  • Ensuring contractors are adhering to agreed Contractors’ contracts
  • Ensuring contractors’ invoices are paid in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the office is kept adequately tidy and presentable and up-to-date

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Experience of managing a team of Property Managers
  • ARLA or NFOPP qualifications
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Superb administration skills

This is a Monday to Friday role paying a basic salary of up to £35,000.
