An exciting opportunity has arisen with this market leading software house headquartered in the City of London. With offices globally the company serves over 850 leading worldwide brands in commerce and the real estate industry. Among its products, the company markets a web based lettings and estate agency solution.

They are currently looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic person to take up a new and exciting opportunity within their support team. This team is dedicated to offering their customers the highest level of service in all aspects of technical support.

As a Support Administrator, the successful candidate will need be well spoken and polite, with a flexible approach to daily tasks. You must be able to converse appropriately with customers across all levels. This is a unique position which requires a thirst for learning, a desire to help, and long term commitment. This role is based in their Crowthorne offices where the working environment is a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

The key skills required for this role are as follows:

  • Lettings / Estate agency experience is desirable but not essential
  • Helpdesk / Support experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and enjoy helping new and existing customers on the phone and via email
  • Working knowledge of Windows based operating systems including use of MS Office & Internet Explorer
  • A desire to learn – you will be on a continual learning curve as the software is constantly developing
  • Happy to be involved in setting up customer sites and learning about technical issues but an IT background is desirable not a necessity
  • Testing new features on our software and solving problems
  • Setting up / Clearing down the conference room for customer training days and meetings

Salary package:

  • Salary £23,000 per annum
