This is an excellent and challenging career opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Manager looking to join a fast growing, independent residential Estate Agency based in their new Edmonton office, in the London borough of Haringey. The company believe in a strong customer focused approach to residential property and their success has developed through customer recommendations and referrals.

Our client is looking for a strong, experienced Sales individual with a proven track record in winning new business. They are looking for a target driven and motivated professional who is confident, well presented and capable of working in a competitive market place.

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Must be personable and approachable

  • Confident and mature manner
  • Must have a clean full UK driving licence and own car

This position will come with a basic salary of £17,000 with on target earnings in the region of £35,000-£40,000 from an excellent commission structure. Furthermore, a petrol allowance will also be provided.

The hours of work will be from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.
