An exciting and challenging role has become available at a leading, independent residential estate agency in the centre of East Molesey, Surrey. They are currently looking for an ambitious and confident Senior Sales Negotiator/ Sales Manager to join their busy and friendly office.

Our client has been established for over 30 years and during this time has gained an enviable reputation within the local and surrounding areas. They are strongly committed to providing clients with an honest, professional and efficient service.

The company has provided a very successful Lettings service and are now looking for an experienced individual to develop and progress the business further and kick start a Residential Sales department.

This is an excellent role for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Sales Manager looking for the next step in their career and the opportunity and challenge of starting up a Sales department in a successful Lettings estate agency.

The initial salary package for this role includes a basic salary of £15,000 to £20,000 dependent on level of experience and on target earnings set to be in the region of £30,000 to £45,000 dependent on performance, with a great opportunity for financial rewards in the future. A car allowance will also be provided.
