This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced estate agent to join this market-leading, privately-owned Estate Agency in Caversham, Berkshire. Their office is superbly located in the town centre and they have a fantastic reputation locally with numerous testimonials to vouch for their superb service. The company handle property sales from c. £300,000 to £1,500,000 but they are particularly active and successful in the middle to upper end of their market, selling many of the premium properties in the area.
Following the ongoing success of the company, they are now keen to recruit a Sales Negotiator with several years’ experience to support the rest of the sales team. Working closely with the director, any previous listing skills would be beneficial, though are not essential as training and support will be provided in this area.
Due to the nature of the clientele they are working with, excellent presentation and communication skills are a must, and any local knowledge would be highly beneficial.
This position will come with an above average basic salary in the region of £25,000 though for the right individual this is negotiable, and on target earnings will obviously depend upon performance but are likely to be in the region of £40,000 plus. Not only will you be working in a company with an excellent market share and reputation, but also one with great stock levels to work with. Another big plus is that the hours are very in tune with a positive ‘work life’ balance, and you will only be required to work one in three Saturdays.
