Job Description

Our client is an independent estate agency with a solid reputation in the local area. Based in Egham, they pride themselves on offering the highest standards in customer service and unrivalled knowledge of the local marketplace.

To be considered for this Senior Sales Negotiator position, you will need to have at least 2-3 years’ experience within residential estate agency, experience handling valuations and be familiar with the local housing market.

This is primarily a sales role, however, you may be dealing with lettings from time to time. Our client is looking to recruit an individual with superb customer service skills and someone who is willing to go the extra mile.

Personal specification:
  • Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Valuation/listing skills
  • Have the drive to achieve goals and targets with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Have the confidence to communicate at all levels
  • A mature and professional manner
  • Full UK driving licence.

In return, you will receive a generous basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000, plus on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000. The company will also provide a pooled car.
