This very well established business has a vacancy for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high profile Staines office in Middlesex. This is a successful, well-established office with a very good reputation.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a proven ability to generate enquiries and convert into appointments
  • Have a proven track record of carrying out market appraisals ( Ideally at least 2 years)
  • Be used to working in a very busy and fast paced office
  • Have good IT skills
  • Be well presented, articulate, reliable and punctual
  • Be organised and keen to follow the correct processes
  • Have excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Have the ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Have local area knowledge
  • Have a full driving licence and own car
  • Be a hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role
  • Be a target driven individual who is looking to progress their career, earn good money and grow within a highly respected company
  • Be a car owner with a full and clean driving licence

The company’s expectations for this role will be that the candidate will be able to:-

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities
  • Generate quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for reaching and beating targets
  • Ability to promote other company services where appropriate and generate referral leads
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the local market and competitors in the area to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Ensure that all instructions are presented to the highest standard
  • Ensure that all financial targets are met and are exceeded on a monthly basis
  • Pro-actively manage, maintain and develop relationships with both Vendors and Applicants
  • Pro-actively ensure that all written communications on behalf of the branch are accurate
  • Be at ease in other’s company and very good with people
  • Be driven and confident in their ability to reach and beat targets

This position will come with a basic salary of £15,000 – £20,000 depending on your level of experience, plus pooled commission taking your on target earnings to £30,000-35,000. This role is Monday – Friday 8.45am to 6.00pm, every other Saturday until 4pm, along with a half day off in lieu for working a Saturday.
