An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this market-leading independent estate agency in West London. They have a strong brand presence underpinned by great client service which has gained wider recognition. Our client is currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to service the Acton sales stock and also take an active role in the new homes and development sale register.

The role provides responsibility, autonomy and high earnings capacity for the right individual who thrives in a busy team environment, while dealing with a large volume of sales properties. You will be dealing with a good mix of developer clients and homeowners, ensuring a high volume of instructions and a varied client base.

Our client encourages their staff to take ownership and grow their own business pipeline within the framework of the office. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take their earnings capacity to the next level.

Personal specification:
  • At least 2 years’ previous experience as a sales negotiator within a residential estate agency
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Happy to take the initiative
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Computer literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Team player
  • Full UK driving licence and own car.

The salary on offer will include a basic salary plus on target earnings of £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on performance. The package will also include a car allowance. You will be working a 5 day week with a day off in lieu.
