This dynamic company is a leading, privately-owned estate agency with a high profile office in Farnham, Surrey. The company is currently looking to recruit an experienced senior sales negotiator to work in this highly successful office.

They are undoubtedly one of the market leaders in the town and as a consequence this is a very positive environment to work in, with excellent earning potential.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Negotiator / Assistant Manager who is perhaps frustrated by life in a corporate estate agency wanting to work in a more independent environment. Working closely with the director of the firm, you will be given the freedom and autonomy to run the office in his absence. To be considered, you will, however, need to have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the industry, with a demonstrable sales record to date. Valuations experience is also essential as you will be supporting the director in this capacity.

This role will also involve developing the business in the following areas:

  • Meeting and greeting applicants and registering clients for suitable properties
  • Accompanying potential purchasers on viewings
  • Being actively involved in the negotiation process
  • Tying up the sale
  • Progressing the sale through to completion

The initial package will include a basic salary in the range of £18,000 to £25,000 plus an attractive commission package giving you the realistic potential to earn £40-45,000.
