This dynamic company is a leading, privately-owned estate agency with a network of offices in the Borough of Richmond and surrounding areas. Due to the continued success and expansion of their business, they are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager in their St Margaret’s office near Richmond and Twickenham.

This role will involve working closely with a branch partner, and overseeing the office in his absence so you will need to be able to display natural leadership skills.

Other duties will include those of a senior sales negotiator and will include:

  • Valuing and listing property
  • Negotiating fees with potential vendors
  • Meeting and greeting applicants and registering clients for suitable properties
  • Accompanying potential purchasers on viewings
  • Being actively involved in the negotiation process
  • Tying up the sale
  • Progressing the sale through to completion

The initial package will include a basic salary in the region of £15-20,000 plus an attractive commission package giving a high achiever the realistic potential to earn £50,000 to £60,000 with the scope to earn even more. A company car will also be provided, or an allowance in the region of £5,000 per annum.
