This well-respected, privately-owned estate agency is currently looking to recruit a highly experienced manager to oversee the sales, lettings and property management departments of their flagship office in Harrow, Middlesex. All three of these departments are successful within their own rights and have teams of individuals working within them, but our client is now looking for a strong individual to manage and develop all three departments.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:

  • A track record in residential estate agency at a senior level
  • Strong leadership skills
  • The ability to not only maintain, but develop a business
  • Experience of recruiting, training and managing a large team

The ideal candidate should also have the following qualities & skills:

  • Happy to role sleeves up & get ‘hands dirty’
  • A track record that can be substantiated
  • Loyalty

The company will look to pay a basic salary of c. £35,000, and an attractive commission package enabling the successful candidate to earn c. £60,000 to £70,000. They will also provide a company car or allowance.
