A Training role within the property industry will entail creating content and design programs, initiatives and activities to support the business and employees.

You will be liaising and working with all staff members across the entire portfolio and departments. The role will involve delivering various training courses, from sales and lettings regulation to delivering a first-class service to clients.

As a Trainer you will need to remain up to date on legislative changes and be ARLA/NFoPP qualified. You may also need to have obtained the NAEA Technical Award in Sales of Residential Property, dependent on the training courses the company offers.
