Tenancy Management

There are several positions within the tenancy management department in estate agency. You could either work within tenancy progression as a consultant, a coordinator or a general assistant.

As a consultant your role will involve negotiating and processing tenancy swaps and extensions, building rapport, developing professional relationships and providing specialist advice to customers and clients, actively expanding market awareness etc. As a coordinator you will be supporting the tenancy services team and the lettings office/s through the production of standard and non-standard tenancy documentation. Both roles will require you to ensure company policies and procedures and relevant legislation are being maintained.
