As a Sales Progressor within estate agency you be managing the sales pipelines from offer to completion; dealing with and resolving issues along the way. You will be the first point of contact for vendors and purchasers for advice and resolving potential issues. The role will also involve maintaining a good working relationship with solicitors, surveyors and contractors.
A Sales Progressor will be working to targets such as improving the number of days from sale to exchange, negotiating price reductions and effectively turning the pipeline to an agreed target on a quarterly basis. This is an ideal position for an individual who has had previous experience in a front-line negotiator position who is now looking to be office based and work to set hours.
