Renewals

A position within Renewals and Tenancy Management will involve managing the pipeline of tenancies that are coming up for renewal and producing and compiling the appropriate tenancy renewals documentation in line with legislation and policies.

Day to day duties will include negotiating tenancy terms, rental increases, drawing up documentation, confirming end of tenancies with landlords and tenants and inputting information onto company databases. It is important that the individual has a good understand of lettings legislation and previous experience within a property administration/renewals position.
