A Personal Assistant role within estate agency will vary from company to company. You will likely be a PA to directors and business partners, as well as assisting other department managers when necessary.
Responsibilities will likely include arranging travel and hotel bookings as required, preparing agendas and minute taking for meetings, ensuring the directors/partners diary is managed, producing documentation and actioning incoming emails/phone-calls. Most agencies will prefer you to have previous experience as a Personal Assistant due to the busy and varied workload. An understanding of the property industry would also be highly advantageous.
