Within an Estate Agency you will usually work your way up from a Trainee/Junior Negotiator to a Senior Negotiator and then up to a Lister/Valuer. In most cases it will take you 3-4 years’ to be considered for a Lister position as you will need to have gained significant market knowledge to be able to appraise a vendor’s property accurately.

Your day to day duties will include, conducting property valuations and securing profitable new business, ensuring personal sales revenue and profitability targets are achieved and assisting and driving the team to achieve branch targets.
