Lettings Valuer

Within an Estate Agency you will usually work your way up from a Trainee/Junior Negotiator to a Senior Negotiator and then up to a Lister/Valuer. In most cases it will take you 3-4 years’ to be considered for a Lettings Valuer position as you will need to have gained significant market knowledge to be able to appraise a landlord’s property accurately.

Your day to day duties will include arranging and carrying out market appraisals, negotiating offers and overseeing the conveyancing process to ensure transactions run smoothly to completion and keeping up to date with the local market and industry knowledge.
