As a Sales Consultant in the international department within an estate agency, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through qualifying and managing buyer leads. The consultant will be expected to develop strong relationships with clients – both individual vendors and corporate developers. Other duties will likely include assisting with market research, reviewing and reporting buyer trends and assisting with department marketing.
When recruiting, the estate agencies will usually expect the potential candidate/s to be educated to degree level, with property/language related qualifications. It is also advantageous for the candidate/s to be fluent in another language.
