As a Business Development Consultant, your duties will consist of generating and driving business opportunities to maximise income for all areas of the Estate Agency you are working for.
The position may include responsibilities such as, retaining existing investment clients and their property management and increasing recurring income for the company through new let’s on new properties for existing or new investment clients. The role may also include being responsible for new sales to new investment clients.
This position requires a strong salesperson capable of working at high volume and at fast pace. It is important to be able to communicate and build relationships at all levels, whether over the phone, email or face to face.
