An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for this highly regarded firm of surveyors and estate agents at their office based in Walton-on-Thames.
Our client is currently recruiting for a Sales Valuer who is looking to progress into a management role in the near future. They are looking for somebody with an energetic personality and a track record in handling market appraisals and winning instructions. The role will involve selling, valuing and assisting the manager with staff motivation as they develop.
Knowledge of the area would obviously be highly beneficial, though is not absolutely essential. The company deal predominantly in the ‘top end’ of the market so you will need to have the gravitas to be effective and successful in this arena.
- At least 3 years’ experience within residential sales
- Strong valuation skills
- Natural leadership skills
- A positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Local knowledge – preferred
- A full UK driving licence
The package on offer will include a basic salary of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £40,000. Commission is uncapped so there is potential to earn even more! The company will also provide you with a car allowance.
