Job Description

This exciting opportunity is with a well-established estate agency with a small, but successful network of offices in the SW London area. They are currently looking to recruit a sales negotiator for their Putney office, based on the Upper Richmond Road.

They will look at existing agents with a proven track record, but will also consider people with no previous experience, provided that they have the presentation and communication skills, along with the drive and determination to be a success in this highly competitive industry. Any previous sales or customer facing skills would be beneficial.

This role will initially involve registering potential purchasers, identifying their needs and ability to purchase, arranging and accompanying viewings, and negotiating deals.

The position will pay a basic salary of up to £15,000 with an attractive commission rate giving the successful candidate the ability to earn up to £35,000 plus for an on target performance. You will need to provide your own car, but the company will give you an allowance of c. £250 per month to cover your motoring costs.
