An exciting opportunity has arisen with this successful local estate agency in the town of Surbiton, Surrey. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The role will involve a great deal of customer facing, so you will need to have excellent people skills as you will be meeting and greeting applicants and registering prospective purchasers who you will be required to discuss potential properties with, and then accompany on viewing. You will also be actively involved in the negotiation process up to the sale.

You will need to have a professional and personable approach and be able to demonstrate your sales skills in order to sell property. There will be some administration work so good communication and IT skills are essential.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to have worked in a customer facing or sales environment before, and have the ability to deliver high levels of customer service.

In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent face to face customer service skills
  • The motivation to succeed
  • Previous sales experience and a sales focused mentality
  • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
  • Full Driving licence and Car essential

This is a great opportunity for someone looking in property sales with a highly regarded company. This opportunity will come with a basic salary in the region of £15,000, and a commission package enabling you to realistically earn £25,000 – £30,000 in your first year.
