This independent, multi-award-winning estate agency with a small, yet highly successful, network of offices in west London is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to join its thriving team in Ealing.

Our client has an established market presence with a considerable amount of repeat business from old clients, and benefits from excellent cross referrals generated by both sales and new homes departments.

Personal specification:
  • Experience within residential sales would be advantageous but not essential
  • A target driven sales or customer service background
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Confident manner
  • The motivation to succeed
  • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • IT literate
  • A full UK driving licence.

The salary package for this role includes a basic plus office commission which will be in the region of £30,000 to £36,000. They are also offering a car allowance and there will be a guarantee in place for the first 3 months of employment.
