Our client is currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to be a part of their successful and friendly team in the primary located office in Farnham, Surrey.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Our client is looking to recruit an individual will a strong understanding of the local area.
- At least 12 months experience within estate agency
- Ability to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- Show strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have a full UK driving licence.
The initial salary package for this role includes a basic salary and on target earnings in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on your performance. The company will also provide a car allowance + mileage and generous benefits to include pension, health & well-being discounts, employee assistance programme, cycle to work initiative, employee referral scheme paying, 5.6 weeks holiday increasing with service etc.
