Well-regarded, privately owned estate agency with an office in North Kensington, London W10 is keen to recruit an experienced Estate Agent to run the office. The office concerned has a busy sales department and is very active in both new homes and second hand sales. The team includes sales negotiators and a secretary, and the office has a healthy pipeline and is on target to do good levels of business in 2015. The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in a similar role, with an above average market appraisal conversion rate.

Knowledge of the surrounding area would be beneficial, but it is by no means essential. To be considered, you will need experience of working in a similar market though. The company deal with properties ranging in price in all areas of the market so a background listing and selling in this type of market, along with the ability to take an already successful business forward are essential.

The company will consider a very strong Assistant Manager or Valuer / Lister looking to move into management as long as he/she has the leadership skills to manage a team.

They deal primarily within the middle to upper end of the market, so you should have both the maturity and background to be effective in such a sector. Ideally, you will have had a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience, with valuations experience being a major benefit. You will be paid a basic salary of around £25-30,000 according to your level of experience, and an attractive commission structure giving you realistic on target earnings of c. £70-80,000.The company will also provide a car allowance and there is a profit share scheme in place.
