An exciting and challenging role has become available at one of London’s leading property services group in the affluent town of Belsize Park, North West London. Our client specialise in Residential Sales, Lettings and Estate and Block Management.

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Sales professional to be a part of their successful team as a Sales Manager. Although managerial experience will be beneficial, it is not essential as they will consider a Senior Sales Negotiator looking for that next step in their career. You will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the industry to date.

From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes.

The role and key characteristics:

  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record and industry expertise
  • Managing the sales team effectively
  • Reporting to the Director
  • Excellent management skills
  • An accomplished valuer /lister with a high conversion rate
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively to team, clients etc
  • Experience to at least managerial level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence

The initial package for this role will be in the region of a £20,000 to £25,000 basic with an on target earnings figure equating to £50,000 to £60,000 dependent on performance.

The hours of work will be from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and you may also be required to work Saturdays from 9.30am to 4pm.
