This well-established, independent estate agency is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to join its very successful, dedicated team based near London Bridge.

Our client has an enviable reputation as one of the most respected estate agencies in the local area, which has been achieved by always going the extra mile for their clients.

The successful candidate will have managerial experience and will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the industry to date.  From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes.

The role and key characteristics:
  • Managing the sales team effectively
  • Reporting to the Director
  • Excellent management skills
  • An accomplished valuer / lister with a high conversion rate
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively to team, clients etc
  • Experience to at least managerial level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence.

This position comes with a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 and the potential to earn in excess of £50,000 to £60,000 on target earnings. The working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-7pm, Friday 8:30am-6pm and every other Saturday 9am-5pm.
