An excellent opportunity has arisen for a joint Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join this successful independent estate agency in Camberley. The team are dedicated property professionals who are genuinely customer focused, determined and calm, providing clients with a high level of professional expertise. Although previous experience within the property industry is preferred, it is by no means essential as our client is willing to take on a trainee who is bright, driven, well-spoken and presented.
Our client is a member of the ‘guild of property professionals’ so, as well as on the job training, they will also offer structured video training online to further your development. They have made it their mission to get involved with the community and network with the local schools, so if you happen to live locally, even better!

The salary will include a basic plus an on target earnings figure of £30,000 to £35,000 in your first year, increasing to £40,000+ in your second year with the company. Our client is offering a guarantee of £25,000 for your first 3 months of employment.
Our client provides pooled cars, however, being heavily into sport themselves, they prefer their negotiators to use their branded bicycles!
Benefits include a day back in lieu for working alternate Saturdays, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, gym membership and full training.
