Our client is one of London’s leading estate agents and is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator & Office Manager to join their friendly team. Based in central London, this is a great opportunity for someone with all round experience to confidently be an asset to the sales team.

Reporting to the office Director and sales manager, you will work in a fast paced and exciting environment, processing all sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for the team.

To be considered you will have a background working as an Administrator, be Reapit trained, and any front of house experience would be beneficial, either within the residential property industry or within a sales environment.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Issuing memorandums of sales
  • Invoices upon exchange of contracts
  • Preparing marketing materials such as brochures/ window cards
  • Preparation of canvassing
  • Booking in market appraisals on behalf of the sales team
  • AML on all clients.
Office Manager:
  • Managing the director’s calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Managing travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the director
  • Answering phone calls
  • Minute taking
  • Sending emails on behalf of director
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the director as necessary
  • Organising office events such as Christmas parties, work trips and team building exercises
  • Providing HR support to the office; preparation for new starters i.e offer letters, inductions, contracts and supporting documents.
  • Welcoming customers to the office and assisting in registering potential clients
  • First point of contact for customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests and complaints
  • Handling majority of inbound office calls.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £35,000. Benefits will include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and time off over the Christmas period.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
