This very well established Oxford estate agency is looking to recruit a highly professional Administrator for their busy Sales departments in their three city offices. To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced and well organised administrator.

The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently multi-task, pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines and be a confident communicator. The individual should be proactive and able to work in a dynamic and ever changing environment. Prior property experience is not essential, although sales and/or customer service experience would be desirable as the candidate will be front of house and will need to able to confidently and proactively deal with a number of different enquiries – in person, on the phone or via email.

Key tasks:

  • Making property brochures
  • Sending out property paperwork
  • General office administration
  • Reception and front of house duties – for all three city offices so proficient at email and able to organise is key

This position will pay a basic salary of at least £18 – 22,000, possibly more, depending on your level of experience and is a Monday to Friday role with the occasional Saturday.
