This boutique independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join the team in Chelsea. Our client has a bespoke reputation due to their integrity, transparency and impeccable customer service skills.

You will enjoy a variety of work, including being the first point of contact for anyone visiting the office, managing incoming calls and dealing with them in the appropriate manner.

Previous experience working as an administrator for a top-end brand, where you would have been exposed to high-net-worth individuals would be highly beneficial.

Personal specification:
  • Ideally be educated to degree level
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience using CRM would be beneficial, however, not essential as training will be provided
  • First-class customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Articulate
  • Impeccably presented.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000, dependent on previous experience. The company also offer private medical insurance after the probation period as well as other benefits, including massage therapy!
