This highly-successful estate agency is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join its dedicated team based in Weybridge. Our client has an enviable reputation as one of the most respected estate agencies in the local area, which has been achieved by the superior quality of service they provide to their clients.

To be considered you will have at least 1 years’ experience as an administrator within the property industry as well as having excellent communication and organisation skills.

The role will involve:
  • Updating property database software with data, correspondence and documentation
  • Uploading and advertising properties listed
  • Contact with vendor and applicants
  • Taking instructions
  • Memorandum of sale
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • General administration.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
  • A professional manner and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • The ability to take the initiative in a confident and personable manner
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication

This position comes with a salary of £22,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience.
