Our client is a family-run independent estate agency that specialises in residential sales, lettings and property management, and covers the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and surrounding area. Working hard and making customers happy has allowed them to grow the business and move their team of sales and letting agents to their large, friendly office in Hampton Hill.

To be considered for the Sales Administrator position, you will have a strong administration background and preferably have at least 1 years’ experience within estate agency.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Updating property database software with data, correspondence and documentation
  • Uploading and advertising properties listed
  • Regular contact with vendor and applicants
  • Taking instructions
  • Memorandum of sale
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • General administration.
Personal specification:
  • Previous administration experience required, ideally within the property industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise
  • Positive, pro-active and flexible approach
  • Accuracy.

The package for this role will include a salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
