This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join this market-leading independent estate agent located central Hammersmith. The company has grown rapidly in the last few years and is now keen to appoint a new member of staff to their busy sales department. Experience within such a role is required, although in house system training will be given, as well as support in gaining qualifications if required.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Arranging and conducting viewing appointments
  • Experience of valuations/Listing would be an asset
  • Liaising directly with vendors/solicitors
  • Working to and achieving set targets
  • Negotiations
  • General Administration

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Team player
  • A very sound IT knowledge
  • An excellent communicator with a wide range of clients
  • A “can do “attitude
  • Proven sales track record
  • UK Driving license (essential)
  • Target driven
  • Highly presentable
  • Ability to work under own initiative

  • Excellent time keeping

This is a permanent position where you will be expected to work a 5 day week, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays. The hours of work are 9.00am – 6.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am – 6.00pm Friday, and Saturday 10.00am – 3.00pm. The role comes with a basic salary of £16,000 – £20,000 depending on your level of experience, plus commission and bonus giving an OTE of £35,000 to £40,000 along with a company car. A generous holiday package will also be given. This is a very friendly and successful office atmosphere.
