Our client has been building and managing purpose built age exclusive developments for over 25 years and has won several national awards for these villages and the company are still expanding further.
They are currently looking for a Regional New Homes Manager to be based in their office in Leatherhead, Surrey but running three sites in both Surrey and Sussex.
You will be involved in New Homes Sales and Marketing Strategy Development with the Managing Director, playing a major role in helping raise the company’s profile within the target audience.
- Proven track record in New Homes Sales with at least 2 years experience in a managerial capacity
- Knowledge of this sector would be an advantage but not essential
- Able to manage, motivate and train a team of sales professionals
- Able to hit collective targets
- Must be personable
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent customer focused skills
- Sharp eye for detail
The salary package for this role will include a basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000 with an on target earnings figure set to be from £50,000 to £60,000 dependent on performance. The company will also provide a company car, phone and laptop as well as private health care and pension scheme.
The hours of work will be from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with the very occasional Saturday. A day off in lieu will be provided for this.
