Job Description

We have been instructed by this highly successful Property Investment Company to recruit a professional Receptionist to support the office in Battersea.

To be successful in this role, you will preferably have experience working within a busy property-based environment, dealing with high-end clientele in person and over the phone.

Duties will include the following:
  • Answering all incoming phone calls
  • Dealing with incoming / outgoing post
  • Dealing with the mailing list return emails
  • Dealing with office orders
  • Ad hoc administration duties
Personal specification:
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Polished and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Using discretion at all times.

The position is offering a generous salary package in the region of £25,000 depending on experience. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
