Our client is an independent estate and letting agent based in West Hampstead specialising in sales, lettings, property management and refurbishments in London. As a Receptionist, you will be reporting to the Office Manager and assisting them with their day to day administrative tasks, ensuring that they can assist the Lettings, Sales, Property Management and Accounts teams in a timely manner.

Personal specification:
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience within a secretarial/receptionist role
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining organisation
  • Ability to prioritise tasks as they arise
  • Friendly personality with the ability to present yourself professionally
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook).

This position will come with a salary of £20,000.
