Job Description

Our client is a market leading property investment company who currently manage a substantial portfolio within prime central London. This company is looking to employ an efficient Property Manager with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.  The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual who is experienced with liaising with tenants and landlords.

The role will incorporate meeting tenants and contractors on site to help identify any problems, purchasing of items required for new tenancies and greeting tenants at the start of any tenancy with a welcome pack.  Your responsibilities will involve dealing with day to day maintenance and repairs, arranging insurance quotes, gas safety certificates, property inspections, dealing with block managing agents and end of tenancy deposit negotiations.

Although the majority of the properties are within walking distance of their office in Chelsea Harbour, the suitable applicant would need to hold a full driving licence and be able to drive the company cars.

Personal specification:
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Highly organised with time management skills
  • Previous experience within a Property Management role
  • Good telephone manner
  • IT literate
  • Well presented
  • Confident speaking with investors over the phone and in person
  • Full UK driving licence.

This role will be to cover a maternity leave.

The company are offering a salary package of £30,000 to £35,000 pro rata’d and will depend on previous experience. The hours of work will be from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
